At Instituto Clavel Rehabilitation we help you achieve the best version of yourself through a training plan based on your physical condition, your needs and goals, guided at all times by a professional.

The sessions are held on artificial grass, so you can exercise barefoot and with althletic shoes. You will perform exercises using your own body weight, learning how to distribute the weight load, and you will use materials that will energize the activity.

Who is personal training for?

Our individual sessions are indicated for anyone who wants to improve their physical performance in a healthy and safe way, or who is in a recovery process after an injury.

All patients begin a comprehensive evaluation by one of our physical therapists, who can recommend this type of treatment and will be able to design the therapeutic exercise plan that is most appropriate for you.

Before starting, you will be evaluated by a physical therapist who will recommend a training plan taking into account your initial physical condition.
