Dr. Gloria Villalba Martínez

COLLABORATING NEUROSURGEON
SPECIALIST IN CRANEOFACIAL PAIN

Dr. Gloria Villalba Martínez

In my 20 years of experience as a neurosurgeon, patients with chronic pain have seemed to me to be the patients that are the most misunderstood, and this has motivated me to make them the focus of my work, both surgical and scientific.

Surgical techniques incorporating innovations in neuromodulation, can lead to an extraordinary reduction in pain and improvement in the quality of life for certain patients, and all patients should be correctly informed of the possible therapeutic options.

For me, collaborating with the Instituto Clavel means that I have the opportunity to offer advice and information about possible treatments for chronic pain, within a serious, responsible, decisive and, above all, very humane work environment, because this is the way that Instituto Clavel treats its patients.
