Dr. Mar Carreño

I trained at the  Clínica Universitaria de Navarra and the Cleveland Clinic (Ohio, USA). I have been the Director of the Epilepsy Unit of the Hospital Clínic in Barcelona for more than two decades, and I am the President of the Sociedad Española de Epilepsia [Spanish Society of Epilepsy]. I am very excited to be part of the project of the Brain Pathology Unit of Instituto Clavel, where I will be able to contribute my experience working with difficult epilepsies, in both adults and children, who can benefit from surgery.
