I received my degree in Medicine from the Universitat de Barcelona in 2003 and completed my specialty in neurosurgery at Hospital Clínic, Barcelona (2004 - 2009). Following that, I focused my professional activity in the Hospital Sant Soan de Déu Barcelona until 2025, where I was the senior specialist in epilepsy surgery, pediatric movement disorders, and surgery on tumors in eloquent areas of the brain.
I am an active member of the Sociedad Española de Neurocirugía - SENEC (Spanish Society of Neurosurgery), the Sociedad Española de Neurolgía Pediátrica - SENEP (Spanish Society of Pediatric Neurology), the Sociedad Española de Neurocirugía Funcional y Estereotáctica - SENFE (Spanish Society of Functional and Stereotactic Neurosurgery), and the European Society for Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery – (ESSFN).

Training in spina bifida surgery at Kaiser Permanente Oakland Medical Center Hospital (Oakland, California, 2017).
Training in robotic neurosurgery at the Evangelisches Klinikum Bethel (Bielefeld, Germany) and at the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Grenoble (CHU Grenoble Alpes, France)in 2015, and later introducing this technology to Hospital Sant Joan de Déu Barcelona in 2016, on which I wrote my doctoral thesis “Functional Pediatric Neurosurgery assisted by Robotic Arm" for the treatment of epilepsy and movement disorders.
