NEUROSURGEON
After taking my degree in medicine at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, I completed my specialization in neurosurgery at the Hospital Fundación Jiménez Díaz, also in Madrid. Following that, I did an international training rotation with Dr. Cohen-Gadol in Indianapolis, USA, focused on brain tumor surgery and cerebrovascular disease. Thanks to this, I was able to collaborate in his Neuroanatomy project for the Neurosurgical Atlas, and I am in charge of the Spanish translation team of the “Volumes” section of the Neurosurgical Atlas.
Next, I spent a year and a half working with the team of Dr. Cortés and Dr. Lorente at the Hospital Quirónsalud Zaragoza and the Clinic Montpellier in Zaragoza. Now I am working at the Institute Clavel in Madrid, and, for me, this means being able to continue working at a center with top-notch technology and surgical skills, where the focus is on offering the best possible care and treatment to our patients.
